This three-year project (2023-2026), sponsored by Amplify Change, is designed to extend reproductive health self-care guidelines throughout Kenya’s counties and to bolster health systems for improved care. The project’s objectives are:
- Scaling RH Selfcare: Supporting the scale-up of reproductive health self-care guidelines to the counties, including policies on PAC and Combipac.
- Legal and Technical Advocacy: Advocating for current and upcoming legal and technical SRHR issues in Kenya by supporting the MoH through technical working groups.
- Comprehensive Abortion Care: Ensuring access to comprehensive abortion care and strengthening post-abortion care in Kenya.
The project plays a critical role in advocating for SRHR issues and in strengthening health systems to ensure women have access to comprehensive and supportive reproductive health services.
These projects reflect RMHC-K’s dedication to improving SRHR advocacy, capacity building, and health system strengthening, ultimately contributing to better health outcomes for women and communities across Kenya.
